- Promotion and implementation of education and health programs
- Mobilization of communities on infrastructural development
- Resource mobilization for social services development.
- Ensure provision of cleaning materials at Council clinics
- Ensure formation and capacitation of School Development Committees
- Ensure compliance with Statutory Instruments
- Registration of health and educational institutions
