The Office of the Chief Executive Officer

The CEO is the Chief accounting officer of Beitbridge Rural District Council. She provides direction to the council’s affairs. Her main role is to provide an integrated planning, performance management and co-ordination of the council. The office of the CEO is currently held by Kiliboni Ndou.

Kiliboni Ndou took over office in September 2025 from Peter Ncube who kept the sit warm as the Acting CEO.

Council Chairperson Councilor O Chiromo Councilor Oscar Chiromo serves as the Chairperson of the council, overseeing 15 wards within the district. As the Councillor representing Ward 15, Councillor Chiromo leads a council comprising 20 members.
