2017 Budget Consultation Process in Pictures
Lutumba – 12 October 2016
The Lutumba cluster covers ward 4, 5, 6 ,13 and 15. This event saw a number of business representatives and residents of the growing Beitbridge Rural District Business Centre coming together to come up with a budget for 2017. Residents raised concern that as the Business Centre is growing, new residential stands coming up, what measures has the council taken into their budget to cover for health needs for the community as there is no clinic at Lutumba.
13 October 2016 – ZEZANE
The consultation process took place on the 13th of October 2016. This cluster covers ward 10, 11 ,12 and 14. Residents in this cluster said they wanted a budget that covers their cluster only instead of council officials consulting them on the whole district’s budget.
